Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a project of the international relief organization, Samaritan’s Purse. The Ridge partners with OCC to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. OCC ships these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S. This past year we donated over 880 shoeboxes filled with toys, books, and hygiene items to children around the world. The shoebox collection takes place in late October and early November.

Boxes will be available Oct 29 and need to be returned by Sunday, Nov 12.
