Ridge Youth Assistant Leader

The Ridge Youth Assistant Leader works alongside the Director Youth Ministry to assist in running all youth ministries. This Assistant Leader supports the director of this ministry to teach, help with day-by-day administrative needs, and assists with equipping and leading volunteers of this ministry. This leader also helps this ministry area live out the mission, vision and values of The Ridge by encouraging faith formation and spiritual development as well as living a life of serving. This position is part time at 25 hours/week.
