Director of Outreach

This position is responsible for the overall vision, oversight, and development of ministries designed to connect people to local and global serving opportunities through The Ridge and for the oversight of Support Ministries. The Director is not expected to “do” all the day-to-day work for the ministry, but rather build, equip, and support highly effective teams of individuals who do. The Outreach Director helps drive the mission and vision of The Ridge by engaging this congregation to connect Jesus, people and purpose.
