Here at the Ridge, Sunday School is called Ridge Kids!
Ridge Kids meets regularly during the school year during both services. When your kid comes for the first time, greeters will welcome you and get your kid all signed up and registered for Ridge Kids. Then your kid will go into the gym and meet their small group. Groups are broken up by grade levels. Each group will have a color and a mascot. For example, our kindergarteners are part of the “Red Rabbit” group.

During our time together, kids will have time to build connections in their groups, worship, hear a lesson, and then go through activities on how the lesson applies to them. Each month, we have a memory verse that we encourage kids to learn and recite. We would love to have your kids join us one Sunday! While we have Ridge Kids every Sunday during the school year, we also have extra events year-round that families can participate in. Ridge Kids runs September through May with breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break. Then during the summer, we offer Six Summer Sundays where kids are invited to join for a more scaled back version of Ridge Kids. In the fall, we offer monthly events for kids and families to build relationships with each other. In the spring, we lean into the importance of serving others.

JUMP is our program for just the thing! Parents and kids gather for six Tuesday evenings and enjoy dinner, fellowship, and do a service project for different local ministries. Our goal for our year calendar is to foster an environment where kids can build a relationship with Christ while building relationships with their family and friends!
