Disaster Response

The Ridge Disaster Response Team is committed to making a difference when disaster strikes. If you’d be interested in being notified when these trips will take place, please let us know.

Wings of Refuge

Wings of Refuge is a Christ-centered organization providing opportunities to survivors of sex trafficking. In 2013, Wings of Refuge began with a prayer movement of 12 individuals whose hearts were broken for those enslaved by commercial sexual exploitation. The Ridge supports Wings of Refuge with financial and in-kind donations.

Missionaries

When the resurrected Jesus spoke, His disciples listened. Just as He commanded them, He commands us to go and spread the gospel. It’s the Great Commission. Many of us can recite it. But these individuals are living it. The Ridge supports these global missionaries—all former Ridge members who, as young adults, have been called to unique places to serve the Lord. 

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a project of the international relief organization Samaritan’s Purse. The Ridge partners with OCC to provide shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items and school supplies at Christmastime as a means of showing love to children in need and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. 

Global Missions Spotlight

Belize Missions

The Ridge has several ongoing mission partnerships in Belize. In 2016, we sent our first group to the community of Orange Walk and began a partnership with Pastors William and Loila Fernandez at Full Gospel Church of God. We have sent groups to Orange Walk every year since. Learn more.

Ghana Missions

The Ridge provides financial support and service-based mission trips to Ghana in partnership with Royal Promise. Royal Promise provides orphan care, medical aid and a religious-based education to families in Ghana. Learn more. 

Zambia Missions

In collaboration with Shoulder 2 Shoulder, The Ridge has committed to partnering with a church in Petauke, Zambia. We provide the church and the community members it serves with financial support, agricultural expertise and strategic planning as they extend the love of Jesus to their church family and community. Scholarships

To increase our impact and empower mission-like thinking, The Ridge offers missions-focused scholarships. Proceeds from our Ridge Café as well as direct gifts are used to fund individual and small group missional and service grants.

Scholarships are designed to encourage and empower individuals and small groups to be bold and creative with service opportunities. We want you to be the church, and we can increase your impact by financially helping you do it!
