The Ridge started in 1998 with about 15 families. We met in a middle school cafeteria until we outgrew that space and moved into a small gym — and later a large gym at that same middle school. A few years later, we built our own building in north Ankeny. All the while, our goal has been to become an integral part of the community that points others toward Christ. We do this through engagement in important cultural conversations, service to those in need and the fostering of Jesus-centered commnity.
