Worship Leader

The Worship Leader provides spiritual and musical direction for worship at The Ridge, as well as overall leadership for the worship team. They also work collaboratively with the teams that are responsible for worship services. They will work alongside the worship arts staff with a goal to engage the congregation in Spirit-filled, authentic and relevant worship. They will be a resource to other ministry areas for musical guidance and direction.
